Payment & Service Terms
These terms apply to all website development and maintenance services provided.
1️⃣ Project Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any project begins.
Work will be scheduled and initiated after receipt of the deposit.
The deposit covers planning, design preparation, research, and reserved project time.
2️⃣ Final Payment & Website Launch
The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion.
The website will only be published or made live after full payment has been received.
Until full payment is completed, all design files and website access remain the property of the developer.
3️⃣ Scope of Work
The project scope will be defined and agreed upon before development begins.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope — including extra revisions, new features, structural changes, or additional content — will be quoted separately and require written approval.
4️⃣ Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds.
Additional revision requests beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.
5️⃣ Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing required content, images, branding materials, and feedback in a timely manner.
Delays in communication may result in timeline adjustments.
Projects inactive for more than 30 days due to client delay may be placed on hold.
6️⃣ Maintenance Services
Maintenance plans are billed monthly in advance.
Cancellation requires 30 days written notice.
Failure to complete monthly payment may result in temporary suspension of services.
7️⃣ Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods:
• Bank Transfer
• PayPal
All services are officially invoiced.
International transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
8️⃣ Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All design concepts and development work remain the intellectual property of the developer until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment:
• The client receives full usage rights to the completed website
• The website may be used for commercial purposes
Ownership does not include third-party tools, plugins, hosting, or licensed materials unless explicitly stated.
The developer reserves the right to display completed projects in their portfolio.
9️⃣ Third-Party Services
The developer is not responsible for outages, plugin failures, payment gateway interruptions, or third-party system issues.
🔟 Termination & Refund Policy
If the client terminates the project after work has started:
• The deposit remains non-refundable
• Completed work beyond the deposit value may be invoiced
If termination occurs before development begins, partial refund may be granted at the developer’s discretion.
